Linux Source Code Build and InstallSince version 1.22.3 FreeWRL uses autotools for the build system. This means that FreeWRL can generally be installed on most linux systems using these standard steps: ./configure make make install October 8, 2010, Tom Smith has put details of his 1.22.8 build on Fedora Core 13, at http://smittypaddler.com/cds/cdm/perlvrml/intro.htm. We have copied this and put it on the FreeWRL server, available here. February 1, 2011, Dave Joubert wrote up his install on Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick), available here.
